Custom Air has been providing food, clothing, toys and supplies to needy families in Columbus for 18 years through community assistance programs.
We receive names, pictures and a complete Christmas Wish List from families in need of assistance, primarily abused women raising children on their own and we provide the following for each holiday:
- Thanksgiving – each family receives a complete dinner with all the trimmings.
- Christmas – every item that each family member puts on their Christmas Wish List is purchased, wrapped and delivered days before Christmas.
- Easter – goodies and personal items along with food are delivered in baskets, of course.
We are proud of this tradition and we have continued to support the families even through the down-turn in the economy the past several years.

Initially there was one family each year that Custom Air would provide items for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Over the years the number of families increased to four especially as other companies that also participated in this program could not afford to help or went out of business. Contributions are from the owners and employees of Custom Air.
